Optima Sonoran Village

We have recently moved into Optima Sonoran Village. We moved out of our home because we felt we needed to simplify our lives. We have to say we are loving it. The staff is amazing. They strive every day to bring this apartment community together and because if it we have made some amazing friends. We are grateful every day to be living here.

Since we have lived here for 2 yrs now it’s time for a more accurate review. 1st off staff is amazing, residents are very nice and we feel safe. The unit and a grounds are an issue. Dryer takes very long to dry clothes, the oven does not work properly and when you complain they let you know all ovens in building are like that. The dishwasher constantly clogs and water will sit and create awful smell. The grounds smell like animal urine and the units need to be updated as well they are very dated.

Aside from the lovely apartment, kind neighbors, and amazing views, what really sold us on moving in to this community was our leasing agent Jonah. Jonah and his incredible attention to customer service and accommodation sold us on day 1 and Jonah has been extremely helpful and willing to step up whenever any questions or concerns arise from me or my family. Jonah is easy talk to and very knowledgeable and Mia was also very helpful when we reserved the loading area and another mover had occupied the space but Mia got in involved immediately and Jonah made things right. Hunter was incredibly thorough with our orientation and is also incredibly friendly and quite possibly has the coolest corgi on the planet. Thanks again to Jonah and his incredible team for making us feel welcome in our new home.

Heather was amazing. Wonderful leasing specialist who answered all of our questions thoroughly and was kind enough to show us multiple units. Highly highly recommend a tour with her if you’re looking at Optima. Overall, the building itself is great. Very clean, well maintained, great amenities. Everyone is super friendly, including tenants we saw along the tour. Looks just like the pictures.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUN!! I contacted heather at Sonoran optima for their commercial space in October for a IV hydration business, she told me I could not put in an application or a down payment till it was available in February/March and she was sure I would get the space since I was first. So I contacted her back on January 2nd to get an update an and stated that some one came and put in an application and down payment for the same space for the same BUSINESS!!! How odd is that? Not only did she not contact me to let me know it was ready after shaping my business plan after this, cause she was CERTAIN I would be the first to apply for it, but the SAME business concept was put into the space. Her supervisor Lauryn called after going to the corporate level for this cause how snakey the situation was, she called me literally SCREAMING at me saying I need to stop calling people above her😂 and I recorded the conversation to. If I had to guess they liked the idea but had one of their doctor friends take it before me and stole it right under my feet. This was the most unprofessional and unethical experience I’ve had with any company there obviously sharks and have 0 sympathy and stole my idea. So if your thinking about putting your business there THINK AGAIN!
